What is Kaizen?
The Japanese word "kaizen" is derived from “kai” meaning simply “the action to correct or change for the better" and “zen” meaning "good" or "benefit". These words refer to any continuous small or large effort on daily basis to make an improvement in the whole system. Kaizen is a daily activity, the purpose of which goes beyond simple productivity improvement. It also means that all little improvements in every session in the long run will result in an extraordinary accomplishment and this is what we believe in at USA KAIZEN MMA !
Over the past 22 years, we have expanded our knowledge through training with world's most experienced masters of different styles such as Kyokushin, Enshin & Seido Kan. These are organizations that have trained many World K1 Grand Prix (the biggest kick boxing event in the world) champions like Andy Hug (Switzerland), Fransisco Filho (Brazil), Glaube Feitosa (Brazil), Semmy Schit, Sam Greko (Australia), and legendary UFC Champion, George Saint Piere
and successful coaches like Ken Hahn who train UFC champs like Frank Mir.
Moreover, we have brought the most practical styles of stand up fighting system together and combined it with sweeping, throwing and take down, to make our stand up fighting system the best complementary system for Brazilian Jujitsu, one of the most successful styles on the ground, to make you a well rounded martial artists in the area.
